test # 94

first of all, my ate, corinne and i had a date a while ago at dapitan square. we can say that it is a weekly dinner just for the three of us. we ate a very delicious chicken sisig with egg and cheese. yumyum! after eating, we went to their dorm. i'm their left-over eater. i ate 3 pieces of brownies and i somehow despise the taste of brownies. brownies would be one of the least thing i would eat in this world.

today, we had our make up class for bacteriology lab. we prepared lots of plated and tubed media. it is fun making culture media you know and they are easy to prepare. in our group, we are somewhat child like since we're 5 we have to divide the group. we did 'maibang taya' so me and yao are partners and aia, ma and dan are tripartners. yao and i prepared TCBS agar [i just googled its meaning which is Thosulfate Citrate Bile Salt Sucrose Agar. i just know its meaning now even though we've been working with them for more than an hour.] we were successful naman in making an agar. a very green agar. hahaha.

in mtlb, we were showed our papers and grades. we got a perfect score of 40 for the application for a clinical laboratory. i swear i'm so happy. we were complete kasi for the requirements plus the fact that we had our prc ids. i stole a prc id in google and edit the picture, the names and information needed. ayun i just told you. i got an 89 over 100 prelim grade. :)

in clin chem lab, ma'am pineda showed our prelim grades. i got 25.1 over 30 included na ang lec. so i added 25.1 + 16.2 = 41.3 which is over 50. that's high! i was really surprised since i have low quizzes. ma'am even said a joke that if i did my roll over thingy, i would be 30. hahaha. funny.

so why the title is test # 94? in clin chem lab, we had our experiment. pipetting as usual. as member 2 i'm the programmer of the spectrophotometer. eh for total protein determination the test number should be 34. i pressed 9 instead of 3. the funny thing is that i'm really shocked with what i did. eh ma'am isn't looking i pressed clear clear to repeat. take note: if you committed a mistake in programming, 2-point deduction would be given. so i repeated the whole process. i was nervous doing the programming, reading of blanks, controls, standards and unknown. i don't know why. karma would take place, i hope not. we got the scores 10 and 9 for the two experiments.

i'm really happy today with the things that happened.
